It is like budgeting. We should have learned how to have healthy boundaries and healthy relationships back in high school, but nobody taught us.
That’s not a compromise, it’s the point. If your week is unpredictable, if your focus comes and goes, if some days you can do an hour and some days you can’t open your laptop, a program with a fixed schedule becomes one more thing you’re failing at. This one doesn’t have a schedule to fail at.
Take it in a month. Take it in a year. Come back to lesson four in March. You keep access.
Stronger confidence, built through practice rather than affirmation
Better coping skills for the days that get away from you
Honest expectations. It won’t make the hard days stop. Healing is not linear and this programme will not change that.
Healthier boundaries you can actually say out loud
A clearer sense of how you want to move forward, which after a long stretch of survival can be genuinely hard to access
More to work with when the hard days arrive, which is the thing that actually helps
