A provider will not refer if she can’t answer the cost question herself. That’s why all of it is published.
We respond within two business days

Send us what you’re comfortable sending. We’ll reach out to her, not push. If she doesn’t respond, we don’t chase her, and we’ll tell you that we tried.
Continuity: with her consent, we’ll confirm whether she engaged and what she started with. We won’t share content of conversations, and we’ll be clear with her about exactly what we do and don’t report back to you.

Where can I refer a client who's stabilized but still struggling?
That’s specifically what we’re built for. Non-clinical, trauma-informed support covering confidence, boundaries, daily function, and financial independence. Three free entry points with no waitlist, plus coaching and two structured programs.
Is this therapy?
No. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care, and we do not replace case management. We’re designed to sit alongside your work.
Will you tell me how my client is doing?
With her consent, we’ll confirm whether she engaged and what she started with. We don’t share the content of conversations, and we’re explicit with her about what does and doesn’t come back to you.
What does it cost my client?
Three free entry points permanently. Coaching $95 per 50 minutes with Medicaid accepted through Rooted 303. Programs $349 with payment plans. Sponsor a Woman covers those who can’t pay.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Our coaching is reachable on Medicaid through our partner Rooted 303, who handles the billing. We do not bill Medicaid directly.
What if my client is in crisis?
Please use crisis services. We do not provide crisis or emergency response, and we will refer straight back rather than hold someone who needs a higher level of care.
