And it stays that way

8pm

The start time is not an accident

It’s built for women who work, who parent, and who only get to themselves after the house is finally quiet.
Most support happens at times that only work for people whose lives are already sorted out. Ours is at 8pm because that’s when the house finally gets quiet.
Every Wednesday, we spend an hour together on nervous system regulation, reconnecting with yourself, and practical life skills. It’s live, it’s collaborative, and it’s free, and it will stay free.

What actually happens in the hour

We open with something grounding. We work through a practical topic, which changes week to week and is always something you can use before the next one. There’s space for conversation if you want it and no penalty at all if you don’t. We close with one small thing to try.
You’ll leave with tools and, over time, a personalized plan you keep.
That’s it. No performance, no icebreaker where you have to say something vulnerable to a screen full of strangers, no homework you’ll feel bad about.

Do I have to talk? No.

We want to answer this as directly as possible, because it’s the number one reason women don’t come.

You are encouraged to participate in whatever way feels comfortable. There is never any pressure to speak or share personal experiences. You can keep your camera off. You can listen for six weeks and never unmute. Women do exactly that all the time and it is a completely normal way to do this.

Who comes to this

Women rebuilding after divorce, after a domestic violence situation, after recovery, after a job loss, after a caregiving season that broke something, and after a burnout they’re still not on the other side of.
Some are in therapy. Some are on a waitlist. Some are done with therapy for now. All of those are fine.

You don’t have to call what happened to you trauma. You don’t have to decide whether your situation was bad enough. If you’re wondering whether you belong here, you do.

Where this leads, if you want it to

Nowhere, if you’d rather it didn’t. The workshop is a complete thing on its own and plenty of women come for months and never do anything else. Nobody will pitch you during the hour.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Is the workshop really free?
Yes, permanently. It’s not a trial and it doesn’t convert to paid. Free entry points are part of how this organization is designed.
Every Wednesday, 8:00 to 9:00pm Mountain Time.
Register once and you’ll get the link each week. You can come every week or whenever it works.
No. Nothing is recorded, which is deliberate. It’s part of what makes it safe to have your camera on if you choose to.
Yes. It’s online and open to anyone.
Neither, technically. It’s not clinical and it’s not a processing group. It’s practical: regulation tools, self-awareness, and life skills. If you need clinical support, we’ll help you find it.
Then leave, and don’t come back. It’s free and nobody will follow up about it.

Wednesday at 8. Come as you are, camera off.
