A Different Kind of Support

Tiffany Sharp is the founder of The Diamond Place, a trauma-informed organization dedicated to helping women rebuild their lives after hardship, heartbreak, and adversity. Her passion for this work began in high school, where she served as a SWAT peer,  supporting fellow students navigating trauma and difficult life experiences.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Denver, graduating magna cum laude, and later completed her Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Louisiana State University. Tiffany is also certified in trauma-informed care, grounding her work in approaches that prioritize safety, understanding, and real-life application.

What drives Tiffany is simple but powerful: no one should have to navigate healing alone. Through The Diamond Place, she creates spaces, programs, and tools that meet women where they are and help them move forward with clarity, confidence, and support..

Hi, my name is Katty, I was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, giving me a rich bicultural perspective shaped by both Dominican and Spanish cultures. I moved to the United States in 2016 with my mother and younger brother. My first stop was Johnston, Rhode Island, then  Marietta, Georgia, and finally Colorado, which truly feels like home. I really enjoy living here and appreciate all that this state has to offer.

I am currently pursuing a career in social work, with plans to become a counselor or therapist. My passion is supporting women who have experienced trauma, providing resources, guidance, and trauma-informed care that promotes healing, resilience, and empowerment. I am grateful to work alongside Tiffany Sharp at The Diamond Place, helping women rebuild confidence, set healthy boundaries, and access tools for holistic growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy biking, hiking, dancing, spending time outdoors, and connecting with friends. I deeply value the opportunity to contribute to a mission that uplifts women and fosters meaningful personal and emotional growth.

Michelle has lived in Colorado for nearly all her life, and loves being outdoors: walking her dog, hiking, sitting in the backyard reading and writing. After a long career as an English teacher, she now runs her own business called A Writer's Ink LLC, where she helps solopreneurs with easily avoidable tasks like email inbox management, content creation (including blogs and newsletters!), OBM, and organization. 

She is a wife, mom of 1 human and 1 dog, volunteer, daughter, friend, and voracious reader. 

 Brandy Fischl brings extensive experience in business analysis, technology solutions, and operational improvement, along with valuable lived experience that informs her passion for supporting others on their healing journeys. With a strong background in the energy industry, she has spent her career helping organizations streamline processes, solve complex problems, and bridge the gap between people, systems, and technology. Her combination of professional expertise and personal understanding of life's challenges allows her to approach her work with both strategic insight and compassion. As a board member of The Diamond Place, Brandy is committed to helping create pathways for healing, empowerment, and long-term success for women rebuilding their lives after trauma. 

Heather Johnson is a trauma and addiction recovery coach and mama of five mostly grown children. After more than twenty years of caring for families as a birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator, labor and delivery nurse, and midwife’s assistant, she has decided to take the most important lessons she has learned to her peer support role. She has always been passionate about empowering people as they heal and grow so they can provide the best of themselves for their children, and for the child within themselves. She believes that humans heal through connection with each other and she is committed to creating the spaces and opportunities for nurturing energy to flow. Her classes teach valuable life skills in a fun way that are grounding and practical for everyone. She volunteers at The Phoenix for Recovery Dharma as a mentor for addicts in recovery and her one on one sessions are tailored for each individual whether they want to follow a specific modality such as a twelve step program or any other pathway to recovery. She has a gift for meeting people where they are with a spirit of love and acceptance that puts them at ease and gives them peace and hope.  I’m passionate about empowering women to feel confident, supported, and capable in every area of their lives. I’ve always enjoyed connecting with others, building meaningful relationships, and helping people recognize their own potential. That passion is what drew me to a career where I can combine my background in education and finance to help others feel more confident about their financial futures.

I’m passionate about creating a supportive environment where women can encourage one another, share their experiences, and feel empowered to pursue the things that are meaningful to them. I believe that when women support and uplift each other, we create opportunities for growth, connection, and lasting impact. I’m excited to be part of an organization that empowers women to build confidence, discover their strengths, and create a future they feel proud of.

 Jackie brings warmth, humor, intelligence, and a whole lot of heart to The Diamond Place. She is one of those rare people who seems to have a talent for just about everything she touches, while still making the people around her feel seen, supported, and cared for.

Known for her quick wit, creativity, kindness, and genuine compassion for others, Jackie has a natural ability to bring both joy and calm into a room. She believes in showing up for people with authenticity, encouragement, and a little laughter along the way.

At The Diamond Place, Jackie’s many talents and caring nature make her an incredible part of a community centered on helping women heal, rediscover themselves, and build lives they are excited about.

Teresa is the kind of person who shows up especially when it matters most. Dependable, hardworking, kind, and deeply caring, she brings a steady presence and a genuine willingness to help wherever she is needed.

She is someone people can count on, not only because of how hard she works, but because of the heart she brings to everything she does. Teresa leads with compassion, follows through, and gives her time and energy generously to support the people around her.

Sam has a way of making people feel heard, understood, and welcome. She is a thoughtful listener, a loyal friend, and someone who is never afraid to stand up for the people she cares about.

Naturally warm and approachable, Sam can make a connection with just about anyone. Her kindness, openness, and ability to bring people together make her someone others feel comfortable around almost immediately.
