Trauma-informed coaching in Littleton, Colorado

$95 for 50 minutes. Medicaid accepted through our partner Rooted 303. Built around what you actually need next.
Coaching here is not therapy and it is not advice. It’s a working session with someone whose job is to help you get unstuck on something specific.
That might be a decision you’ve been circling for four months. It might be a conversation you need to have and can’t figure out how to start. It might be that you know you need a plan and every time you sit down to make one, your brain goes somewhere else.
We work on that. Concretely, weekly or however often makes sense, at your pace.

Does Medicaid cover coaching in Colorado?

Through our partner Rooted 303, yes, our coaching is reachable on Medicaid.

Here’s how it actually works, because vague claims about insurance help nobody. Rooted 303 is a partner organization that handles Medicaid billing. We set you up in their system, they handle the billing, and we invoice them. The Diamond Place does not bill Medicaid directly; Rooted 303 does. It’s a two-way relationship, and they refer women to us as well.
What that means for you: if you’re on Colorado Medicaid, ask us about it on your discovery call and we’ll walk you through the setup. It takes a short conversation and some paperwork on their end.

If you’re not on Medicaid, coaching is $95 for 50 minutes, and if that’s out of reach, ask about Sponsor a Woman, which is donor-funded specifically so cost isn’t the reason someone doesn’t get help.

What we work on

Goal setting that survives a real week

Not a vision board. What you’re going to do, when, and what to do when it doesn’t happen.

Whatever's in the way

Sometimes it’s practical. Sometimes it’s a belief about yourself that you picked up somewhere and haven’t examined since.

Confidence and self-trust

If your judgment was questioned or overridden for a long time, rebuilding your read on things takes deliberate practice. This is a lot of what coaching actually is.

Boundaries, rehearsed out loud

Knowing what your boundary is and being able to say it to your mother are two different skills.

Next steps

Job, school, housing, a business, a conversation, a plan. Whatever the actual next thing is.

Entrepreneurship, if that's where you're headed

A lot of women in this season end up building something of their own. We can work on that too, including connections to Colorado’s Small Business Development Centers.

The clearest thing we can tell you

Coaching or therapy: which do you need?

Honestly, often both, and they do different jobs. Most of the women we coach are in therapy or have been.

We are

A coach here is non-clinical and forward-focused

We work on what you’re building, not on treating what happened
Goals, boundaries, confidence, and practical next steps
Alongside your therapist, not instead of them
If we’re not the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere better

We are not

A therapist is licensed, clinical, and trained to help you process

If you’re in acute distress, that’s therapy, and it’s the right tool

We do not diagnose

We do not treat

We do not replace clinical care

Published, because a hidden price reads as an unaffordable one

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Does Medicaid cover life coaching in Colorado?

Through The Diamond Place, our coaching is reachable on Medicaid via our partner Rooted 303, who handles the billing. Coverage for coaching under Colorado Medicaid varies by provider and program, so the honest answer is that it works through this specific partnership. Ask us on a free discovery call and we’ll walk you through the setup.

A therapist is licensed and clinical: they diagnose, treat, and help you process what happened. A coach here is non-clinical and forward-focused: we work on confidence, boundaries, goals, and practical next steps. Many women work with both at the same time, and that combination usually works better than either alone.
Yes, and that’s the most common situation. They’re doing different jobs. Let your therapist know, since many of them refer clients to us specifically for this reason.
Ours is $95 for 50 minutes, with Medicaid accepted through Rooted 303 and donor-funded sponsorship available. Rates for trauma-informed coaching across the Denver metro generally range higher than that, which is deliberate on our part.
There’s no set number and no package to buy. Some women come for one session to work through a specific decision. Some come every other week for a year. We’ll talk about what makes sense on your discovery call.
Both are available. Most are online, which is what most women prefer.
Ask about Sponsor a Woman. It’s donor-funded specifically so that cost isn’t the reason someone doesn’t get help. It’s a normal question, we get it often, and nobody will make it awkward.
