The ladder

Trauma-informed support at every level of commitment

Six ways in, three of them free, all of them designed so you can start smaller than you think you should.

You don’t have to pick the biggest thing. Most women start with the free guide or a Wednesday workshop and move up when they’re ready, and plenty of women stay at the free level for months. That’s a completely legitimate way to use this.

Here’s everything, in order of how much it asks of you.

Step 1 · Free

Back to You: A Reset Guide

Free

A trauma-informed reset guide covering how stress and trauma affect your nervous system, thoughts, emotions, and daily function, plus grounding tools you can use the same day. Built for the woman who hasn’t decided she needs help but knows something is off. About twenty minutes. Nobody calls you.

Step 2 · Free

Back to You Workshop

Free

Wednesdays, 8 to 9pm

The guide is the reflection step. The workshop is the collaborative one. One hour a week on Google Meet: nervous system regulation, reconnecting with yourself, and practical life skills. Camera off is fine. You are never required to speak.

Step 3 · Free

Discovery Call

Free

about 20 minutes

A real conversation with a person. No commitment, no pitch, and you leave with an actual recommendation. Sometimes that’s one of our programs. Sometimes it’s a referral somewhere else that fits you better. We’ll tell you honestly either way.

Step 4

One-on-One Coaching

$95

/ 50 minutes · Medicaid accepted

Personalized, non-clinical support for goal setting, working through what’s in the way, rebuilding confidence, and figuring out practical next steps. Emotional, practical, or entrepreneurial. Medicaid is accepted through our partner Rooted 303, who handles the billing.

Step 5

Resilience Reimagined

$349

12 lessons · self-paced

Healing, self-confidence, boundaries, emotional wellness, and building a foundation you can actually stand on. Start today, go at your own pace, no schedule to keep up with. Payment plans available.

Step 6

Rise & Thrive

$349

12 weeks · self-paced

Financial confidence and independence: budgeting, saving, credit, goal setting, and new income opportunities, delivered trauma-informed and without judgment. Goes well past money basics into entrepreneurship and SBDC connections. Payment plans available.

Both programs are self-paced, and that's the point

Start today. Go as slowly as you need. There is no cohort, no start date, and nothing to fall behind on.

If your week is unpredictable, if your focus comes and goes, if some days you can do an hour and some days you can’t open your laptop, a program with a fixed schedule becomes one more thing you’re failing at. This one doesn’t have a schedule to fail at.

Step 6 · Quarterly

Retreats

A full day out of the frame of your ordinary life. Expert-led sessions, embodied practices, a guided workbook, and something written to carry home.

October 17, 2026

Permission to Dream

$129

Lakewood, CO · 50 women

Five hours, two speakers, four breakout experiences, a restorative sound bath, a guided workbook, and a swag bag. You can come alone. Most people do. You are never required to share your story.

The series

All Retreats

What a Diamond Place retreat is, who it’s for, what a day feels like, photos and stories from past retreats, and a waitlist for the next one. We’re building toward quarterly.

What if none of this fits?

Then tell us and we’ll point you somewhere that does. We’d rather refer you out than take money for something that isn’t right. It’s one of our operating principles and it’s not a courtesy line.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Are the programs self-paced or is there a schedule?
Both Resilience Reimagined and Rise & Thrive are entirely self-paced. You start whenever you’re ready and go as slowly as you need. There’s no cohort, no start date, and nothing to fall behind on. The weekly workshop is the only thing with a fixed time, and you can attend whichever weeks work.
Yes, and a lot of women do. The most common combination is Resilience Reimagined first, then Rise & Thrive, because rebuilding confidence tends to make the money conversation easier. There’s no rule about the order.
You keep access. Nobody chases you, nobody grades you, and coming back to it in four months is a completely normal way to use it. We’ll check in by email, and you can turn that off.
Yes, on both $349 programs. Options are shown at checkout.
No. Start wherever makes sense to you. The ladder is a suggestion, not a prerequisite.
We’d like to, once enough women are going through them at the same time to make a group worthwhile. When you enrol, we’ll ask whether you’d want that. Your answer is what tells us when to start.
