The Diamond Place Inc. is a social service enterprise in Colorado which received its 501c3 status in 2021. The organization was founded by Tiffany Sharp whose mission is to assist in the restoration of hope in women and to work towards starting a better life, free from abuse and trauma for these women. All of this is in the hope that these will dare to dream of the life they always wanted, but never knew how to get.
The Diamond Place Inc. provides women with counseling, classes and job training which allows them to regain their independence again. Most women who experience trauma are in flight or fight mode, making it impossible to think or be able breath, which Tiffany had experienced firsthand. Their model is evidence-based and focuses on the trauma, not continuing to re-victimize. Their main goal is to lift a women’s personal value, confidence and dignity, by improving her self-worth through the personal and business skills she needs to succeed. They want to refine as many diamonds in the rough as they can!
The Diamond Place’s mission is to provide an individual person centered, trauma informed care to women, children and transgender individuals to break the cycle of poverty and abuse.
The Diamond Place seeks to create permanent and positive changes in women, children, and transgender individuals, restoring their original intent of worthiness and love in themselves. The Diamond Place envisions a world of resilient people, living thriving and authentic lives in the face of adversity.
The moment you come into contact with our services, YOU are not just another number, you are one of a kind. We provide love, value and worth by offering a place to recover, rest and heal.
