Founded by Tiffany Sharp, the organization's mission is to provide hope and support to women who have experienced trauma, helping them to rebuild their lives free from abuse. By offering empowerment classes the Diamond Place Inc. empowers women to regain their independence and self-confidence. The organization's evidence-based model is trauma-informed and focuses on restoring personal value and dignity, rather than re-victimization.

At the core of their approach is the understanding that many women who have experienced trauma are in a state of constant flight or fight, making it difficult for them to think clearly or even breathe properly. Having experienced this firsthand, Tiffany and her team understand the importance of a compassionate, supportive environment that can help women rebuild their confidence and sense of self-worth.

By providing women with the personal empowerment and the tools they need to succeed, the Diamond Place LLC. is dedicated to refining as many "diamonds in the rough" as possible. With a focus on lifting women's personal value, confidence, and dignity, the organization aims to help women realize their dreams and achieve the lives they've always wanted.

At The Diamond Place, Tiffany has transformed lived experience into a proactive, empowerment-focused model that centers emotional safety, self-worth, and choice. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed principles and collaborative community engagement, with a focus on creating supportive, non-clinical spaces that foster healing and growth without pressure or stigma.

Tiffany’s commitment to advocacy began early. As a student, she served as a SWAT (Students Who Are There) leader, offering peer support to individuals impacted by sexual violence, gender bias, and discrimination based on sexual orientation. These formative experiences shaped her lifelong dedication to reducing the ripple effects of trauma through education, awareness, and empowerment.

Today, Tiffany continues to advance her vision by partnering with community organizations, businesses, and schools to make empowerment more accessible and to promote trauma-aware practices that support long-term well-being. Her leadership is defined by compassion, integrity, and an unwavering belief that healing-centered support should be available to all.
