We are building an AI-enabled navigation platform that centralizes housing and support resources across Colorado and delivers personalized, step-by-step guidance based on where someone is in their healing journey. The platform simplifies complex systems into clear next steps, reduces cognitive overload, and helps individuals stabilize faster while also improving referral efficiency and outcome tracking for providers.
